What is changing
Remote work is part of who we are. It is no longer the whole picture.
We were early believers in remote work and have built and managed virtual teams across India since 2005. Remote opportunities continue to be an important part of VMG.
But the way international companies work with India is changing — and so are the opportunities we can offer.
Today, VMG also helps overseas businesses build dedicated teams and India operations. Depending on the role and the client, opportunities may be remote, hybrid or office-based, and may be located anywhere in India.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for people with real skills.
We do not recruit only for traditional BPO roles. As international clients build teams in India, we may look for professionals across a wide range of functions, including:
- Customer service and international voice support
- Dispatch and scheduling
- Administration and back-office operations
- Accounting and finance support
- Software development and IT
- Engineering, CAD and design
- Data and AI-related operations

Some roles may require international client interaction, strong spoken or written English, specialised qualifications, previous overseas experience or the ability to work international time zones.

Working models
Remote, office-based and hybrid opportunities
Remote work remains part of who we are
VMG has been creating and managing work-from-home opportunities since 2005 — long before remote work became common.
Over the years, professionals from different parts of India have worked remotely on VMG projects serving international clients. Many have stayed with projects for years and progressed into supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
We remain committed to remote work wherever the nature of the role and client requirement makes it practical.
Dedicated India teams and offices
Not every opportunity will be remote. VMG increasingly helps international businesses establish dedicated teams and operations in India.
These positions may involve working:
- from a dedicated client office;
- from a managed or coworking facility;
- in a hybrid arrangement;
- remotely from anywhere in India; or
- as part of a team spread across several Indian locations.
The location and working model will depend on the particular client and role.
This means VMG can now create opportunities not only for remote professionals, but also for skilled candidates looking to become part of specialised international teams operating from India.
Exposure
Work with international businesses.
Many VMG assignments involve working directly or indirectly with businesses outside India.
Depending on the role, you may interact with managers, customers, suppliers or professional teams in countries such as the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom and other international markets.
This can provide valuable exposure to international working practices, technologies, business processes and professional standards.
For some positions, working hours may overlap with the client's time zone. Any such requirement will be clearly communicated during the recruitment process.

Opportunities for experienced professionals
