    Unfortunately, we only deal with "virtual" assistant services. We are not in a position to send anyone into your office :(

  6. questionWhat is your policy when the assigned VA does not have the skill to finish a specific task?
    There will be a team manager who will monitor the work of the VAs who have been assigned for you. We will not bill you if the VA has not been able to complete the work you required.
  7. questionWill the Virtual Assistant that you are offering would have a neutral accent?
    Yes. We can arrange for a test phone call so that you can test voice quality.
  8. questionTimes you are able to work (in CET) ? Times you are able to communicate live (in CET)
    The basic shared VA service will enable you to only create tasks via our online helpdesk at www.vmgbpo.com. If you sign up for our dedicated VA service we can arrange for your VA to work with you in real time during CET timings.
  9. questionDo you guys have familiarity with Aweber?
    Yes, we have set up Aweber for several clients.
  10. questionDo you provide a VA who gets to know my requirements over time. I.e. a personal contact with whom I can deal with on a daily basis.
    Yes, we provide you one VA coordinator who will work with you always and get to understand your work requirements. The VA coordinator will then assign the actual work to the most capable VA in our team to handle that task.

    Yes, we offer phone and email support as part of our virtual assistance service.
  13. questionDo you have any minimum number of hours per day? Currently, our volumes are low and hence we might not need someone for the full time.
    No, we don’t require minimum hours per day. You can choose to outsource as many or as little hours you want in month

    Yes, we do web design projects as part of our virtual assistant services.
  15. questionWhat is the main method of communication that your clients use?

    The teams work round the clock. But if you are signing up for a shared VA service please allow 24 hours lead time for the work completion/work update. If you are using a dedicated VA you will have someone in real time working with you.

    All communciation is via a password protected helpdesk accessed by only authorized and current employees
  18. question What is your method of payment, and what is the system set up?
    We would invoice you once a month and you can pay us via Paypal, Wire Transfer or 2checkout.
  19. questionWhat times are you available for regular work?
    Shared VA service is available 24 x 7 via the online helpdesk at http://www.vmgbpo.com/helpdesk . Dedicated VA service is a customized service so we can be available whenever you want.
  20. questionWhich IM client to you use and how long do you stay logged? e.g. YahooIM, Skype, MSN
    Dedicated VAs can be logged into any IM you want.
